Recorded demos

Every tape here is a real run, replayed from its own event log: the agent's messages, each helper command with its exit code, the filesystem after every change, and the gates where it stopped. Each opens with an honesty block when you open it (on a phone, one tap away): what is real, what is miniaturized, how it was captured.

Four recordings are withdrawn from this site for now (04-full-arc, 05-inhouse-skill, 06-cold-return, 07-gars-remembers): they carried a local file path that should not have been published. The recordings themselves are unedited records; they are simply not served.

The recording notes

A recording is never edited. Where its own narration overreads the table it cites, the correction is published beside it — here, and in the replay's honesty pane, and never by changing the tape. Notes on a recording this site has withdrawn are not shown while it is withdrawn.

Notes anchored to the sentence they correct

Each of these is bound to an exact phrase of a recorded message, not to a step number: a tape is immutable, so the phrase cannot drift, and a note whose phrase is not on the tape stops rendering rather than attaching itself to the wrong message.
